David Powell of MVW Roofing came at our request to inspect the condition of our roof dormers. We first planned a repair to the fascia of the dormers. Later, we had some hail here and called David back to inspect roof. No storm damage was detected, but the shingles were missing lots of the granules due to age. David took lots of photos and was very thorough with pointing out the age related degradation of the shingles. We had a new roof installation due to the age of the roof and to get it done before we possibly would have had more damage.. David was very thorough in explaining the types of shingles available and workmanship warranties and how the dormer work should be completed. He set up the job with the roofing installation crew and this crew under the leader, Jonathan, came yesterday and reroofed and repaired dormers all the same day. Blake and team have been wonderful throughout getting a new roof. They walked us thru the steps that would be involved with installation and choosing a new roof color. We never realized all the different products in a new roof. Blake built a model roof on our kitchen table explaining each step. Less than 2 weeks after signing contract we had a new roof. Roof looks great!
