Called MVW for a roof inspection. The inspection was scheduled for the next business day. Quick response. The inspector, Logan, called ahead of arrival and was on time. He thoroughly inspected the roof and explained all of his findings. He stayed until all my questions were answered. The following day, he sent a detailed report with pictures. David Powell of MVW Roofing came at our request to inspect the condition of our roof dormers. We first planned a repair to the fascia of the dormers. Later, we had some hail here and called David back to inspect roof. No storm damage was detected, but the shingles were missing lots of the granules due to age. David took lots of photos and was very thorough with pointing out the age related degradation of the shingles. We had a new roof installation due to the age of the roof and to get it done before we possibly would have had more damage.. David was very thorough in explaining the types of shingles available and workmanship warranties and how the dormer work should be completed. He set up the job with the roofing installation crew and this crew under the leader, Jonathan, came yesterday and reroofed and repaired dormers all the same day.
