David Powell of MVW Roofing came at our request to inspect the condition of our roof dormers. We first planned a repair to the fascia of the dormers. Later, we had some hail here and called David back to inspect roof. No storm damage was detected, but the shingles were missing lots of the granules due to age. David took lots of photos and was very thorough with pointing out the age related degradation of the shingles. We had a new roof installation due to the age of the roof and to get it done before we possibly would have had more damage.. David was very thorough in explaining the types of shingles available and workmanship warranties and how the dormer work should be completed. He set up the job with the roofing installation crew and this crew under the leader, Jonathan, came yesterday and reroofed and repaired dormers all the same day. I am very satisfied thus far with my roof replacement. Chris did a great job presenting and explaining the roof material options. Alex was very professional as well and showed up early on the day that he promised to do the job. I have a very big house with a steep roof. It has three steps to it and three dormers. The large crew worked hard and steady. Completed it in one day. Shingle removal and replacement. They also replace plywood in some damaged areas as well.
