The MVW staff were very respectful and answered questions when I had them. Upon final inspection before closing out the job, the inspector noticed a portion of the flashing wasn’t applied in a manner matching the level of MVW’s standards of quality for workmanship. A return visit was scheduled to redo that portion. When he came to fix the flashing, I showed Jonathan some work that was to be done to a couple of rafters. The inspector didn’t go into the attic as he was just taking photos of the outside portion. I had a concern about the rafters because the repair didn’t appear to have been finished in my opinion. He agreed with my assessment and worked hard to get the work completed to my satisfaction and in line with the company’s level of quality workmanship. I have been very pleased with the MVW staff’s professionalism, importance that the finished job was high quality workmanship, and that the customer experience and satisfaction was positive. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a Contractor. After that hurricane in 2024 They took care of the repairs I needed and even worked with me when it came to the understanding that insurance was the one holding certain parts of the process. If today’s times were customer service is hard to find. I would like to give a shout out to Jessica Lee over at MVW for being an absolute rockstar. MVW Roofing are trustworthy and very knowledgeable framers/roofers. I had to bring them in to properly fix my roof and structure damage from the storm in 2024. MVW came in after one roofing company who didn’t install correctly and cut corners. They were able to get the house back to whole. I worked with Mitch the owner and Steven the framer. Alex with MVW got the gutters back up in one day. It’s been a long year but I highly recommend MVW for any roofing or building needs. Their prices are reasonable, they are reliable, and very promt in response. MVW would confirm each step of the process I was happy, and kept clean workspace, they also cleaned the yard for loose nails.
