Mr. Casey of Leesburg, GA called MVW Roofing explaining that the ridge cap on top of his home blew off. This created a pretty significant sized open area on the very top of his roof. This open area was unfortunately the perfect opportunity to allow rainwater to make its way into this property owner's home. Due to this, Mr. Casey's ceiling became soft and discolored. 

With South Georgia's unpredictable weather, our neighborly office staff knew that time was of the essence. We managed to get Mr. Casey an appointment right away. We offered the homeowner an always free estimate and sent out one of our valuable Sales Representatives, Zachary. During Zachary's time inspecting the home, he very quickly saw the exposed portion of the roof and put a tarp over the area that way no rain could do any further damage until the repair crew could get there. 

Within no time we were able to replace the ridge cap over the vent with a brand new one, cover it with brand new shingles, and Tada!! The hole was no longer an issue for this homeowner, and the results look amazing! We are so thankful Mr. Casey entrusted MVW Roofing to do his repair, and he had so much gratitude towards our company for preventing any more possible damage and getting the job done promptly. 

Tammie decided to give MVW Roofing a call after experiencing leaking in her home for a few years. Zach (The MVW Roofing Rep) went out to inspect these leaks. Upon inspection, Zach discovered multiple causes for the leaks, including a bowling ball sized hole through a portion of the roof. He recommended a full roof replacement to fix Tammie's problem, and she could not wait for her new roof! 

Willie noticed that he had water damage developing in his living room. Concerned that the damage would get worse, he decided to call MVW Roofing to have the issue fixed. 

Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went to Willie's house to inspect the roof. During the inspection, Zach noticed that the flashing on the chimney, side walls, and near his soffits was not installed properly. This was allowing water to enter the home, and it was also allowing squirrels to enter his attic. Zach recommend installing new flashing to fix the issues that Willie was having. 

Jennifer called MVW Roofing because she was concerned about the moss growing on her roof and she had a leak in her upstairs bedroom. Zach, our MVW Roofing Representative went out to inspect her roof and provide Jennifer with her free estimate. Upon inspection, Zach found that all of the vent pipe boots were cracked, causing the leak and the moss was beginning to weaken the existing shingles. Zach recommended replacing all of the cracked vent pipe boots and all of the shingles that had moss growing on them. Zach also suggested that she get her roof treated with Roof Maxx to extend the life of her roof. 

Mrs. Tina called MVW Construction stating that she needed her electrical service weather mast repaired after a storm. She had a leak in her front room and after inspecting the roof to note the repairs needed for the items requested, we performed an entire roof survey and found more issues. They included cracked pipe boots, cracked mortar on the top of her chimney, missing shingles on the front of two dormers, install issues with her gutters, and clogged gutters.

This caused vegetation to grow out of her gutters. After showing her all of these issues she was extremely grateful and asked us to repair all of our findings. She was happy that we found the additional items before it was too late.
