Zachary joined the United States Marine Corp in 2016 where he served as a Sergeant & Amphibious Assault Section Leader, 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion. He deployed once to Asia. After this deployment, Zachary switched his military occupational specialty to be a Combat Marksmanship Coach, where he served as one of his battalion’s marksmanship experts. Zachary attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where he gained his associate degree. He transferred to Kennesaw State University and is working to gain a bachelor’s degree in software engineering. Zachary now serves in the Marine Corps Reserves and works for MVW Roofing as a sales manager.

Blake worked in the hospitality industry at Sea Island Resort for three years. He then moved to the concrete business, where he was an operations manager of the Trucking Division. This involved purchasing and selling concrete-related building products, selling trucking services, and managing the company’s drivers. Blake currently works as a roofing sales representative for MVW Roofing. 

Chris joined the Army in 2010 and spent the next eight years as a combat engineer conducting route clearance operations. He has one combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom. Afterwards, he spent time in both law enforcement in his hometown and as a salesman and gunsmith before joining the team at MVW Roofing.

David was a senior sales associate at Robert Hutson, where he worked alongside a talented team to deliver exceptional results. Before Robert Hutson, David worked as an industrial mechanic at MCLB Albany. David lives in Ochlocknee with his wife and daughter, and together they love fishing the flats in Steinhatchee, FL, and golfing. These experiences, both professional and personal, have shaped David’s approach to life. David joined the MVW Roofing family in 2025.

Jonathan has been in the construction business for over 10 years. His experience extends to all aspects of the construction world, and this industry knowledge allows him to be extremely proficient in the field as an inspector and service tech. Jonathan is a loving father and a husband who enjoys spending time with his family. When he isn’t at work, he likes to hunt, fish, and hang out with his friends. Jonathan’s day-to-day job duties include roofing inspections, organizing crews for technical work orders, and locating and repairing all different types of roofing systems. He also conducts job site inspections, making sure all materials are correctly installed and all safety protocols are followed for complete customer satisfaction.

Alex spent the last four years as the crew leader of a road maintenance technician team at Webber in Tifton, GA. During Alex’s time at Webber, he demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure maintenance, maintained safe working methods, and recognized hazards inherent in routine and non-routine tasks. When Alex has time off, he enjoys working on his truck and hanging out with his dog, Zeus. One of his favorite traditions is the yearly fishing trip he takes with his family because it’s the perfect time to relax, bond, and make lasting memories! Alex is now proud to be a part of the MVW Roofing sales team!

Jessica has over 10 years of office management and administration experience in different fields, which has allowed her to build an exceptional knowledge of customer service. She has top-notch organizational skills and takes pride in helping MVW’s clients. Not only is Jessica an asset to MVW, but she is also a wife and a mother of three beautiful girls. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with her family.

 Joining MVW Roofing in February 2025, Heather brings a fresh and enthusiastic perspective to the marketing team. With a background rooted in the hospitality industry, she knows the importance of putting people first—whether it’s a customer, a client, or a new community we’re reaching out to.

Since making the switch to marketing Heather has dove headfirst into crafting engaging content and exploring creative strategies that reflect MVW’s commitment to excellence and integrity.

Beyond the office, she’s a proud mother of two, whose greatest joy comes from curling up with a good book… or spending quality time with her kids every chance she gets.

Marcia is our  steadfast and highly respected Certified Public Accountant. With an impressive 48-year career in accounting—10 of which she’s been with our team—Marcia brings an unmatched blend of experience, precision, and dedication to every financial task she handles.

Behind her ever-reliable ledger and sharp attention to detail lies a soft spot for family: Marcia cherishes every moment spent with her grandchildren. When she isn’t balancing the books, you’ll find her curating fascinating pieces of military memorabilia—each item reflecting her passion for history and the stories that tie us to it.

Marcia doesn’t just keep our finances in impeccable order—she also brings a sense of warmth and humor to our workplace. We’re grateful to have her as part of our extended family.
