Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Frederick's roof would begin to leak anytime that the wind picked up during a good rain. After realizing that this was a reoccurring issue, he decided to give MVW Roofing a call to come out and evaluate his roof. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to Frederick's house to evaluate the roof and determined that a full roof replacement would be needed. Frederick agreed and decided to move forward with the full roof replacement. MVW Roofing scheduled the job and Frederick's existing roof was stripped of all shingles and underlayment. The new underlayment was placed and the IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color Brownstone were laid. The roofing leak that Frederick was experiencing was no longer an issue and Frederick is now a satisfied customer of MVW Roofing. 

Arthur decided to call MVW Roofing after noticing a leak coming down from the back side of the home's roof. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to inspect the leak. Upon inspection, Zach found that the roof was aged and has lost a large amount of granular off the shingles. Zach recommended replacing the entire roof due to the amount of wear found during the inspection. Arthur was very appreciative of the detailed estimate and couldn't wait to see his new roof.

Arthur decided to go with IKO Marathon Architectural Shingles. The roof was replaced within 2 weeks of the contract signing. Arthur is very pleased with his new roof!

James decided to call MVW Roofing to get a free estimate for a roof replacement on his home. He did not have any leaks or damage to his roof, he was just concerned about the age of his roof. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went to James house to inspect the roof. Upon inspection, Zach recommended that James get a full roof replacement as the existing shingles were wore down. James was pleased with the free estimate he received and decided to have MVW Roofing preform a roof replacement on his home. 

Kim decided to reach out to MVW Roofing for a free estimate after noticing a leak that developed from the roof. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to inspect Kim's roof and recommended replacing the roof due to the large amount of granular loss and the leaking area. After reviewing the photos from the inspection, Kim agreed the roof needed to be replaced. MVW Roofing went out the following week and completed the roof replacement. Kim was very pleased with her new roof!

Thomas decided to reach out to MVW Roofing to receive a free estimate for a roof replacement. His current roof wasn't leaking or damaged, but he noticed the shingles were beginning to look wore down. Zach (the MVW Roofing rep) went out to Thomas's house to inspect the roof and he noticed the shingles were experiencing a fair amount of granular loss. Zach recommended that Thomas replace his roof before a leak begins. Thomas was appreciative of the advice given by MVW Roofing and he decided to move forward with the roof replacement. Thomas decided to go with the IKO Dynasty W/ Armourzone Architectural Shingles in the color Shadow Brown.
