Mitch's journey took him from construction sites to the Albany Marine Corps Base, where he served as an Engineering Technician. The role sharpened his technical expertise and attention to detail- skills that would later become the backbone of MVW Roofing's precision driven projects.

 

But life had other plans. After serving his community as a firefighter, a medical retirement due to a pacemaker changed his career path forever. Instead of slowing down, Mitch doubled down- turning his full attention to the roofing company he had founded in 2011.
