To resolve this, we installed 1x4 boards on the front section to close the gaps and create a smooth, solid base for the new system.

In addition, the property included two sidewalk transitions that required custom flashing and the installation of PVC board to ensure a clean, watertight finish. We also reflashed the chimney to eliminate previous vulnerabilities that could allow moisture intrusion.

To provide superior moisture protection, especially on the low-slope 3/12 pitch section, we installed two layers of Velora One synthetic underlayment, ensuring long-term performance in vulnerable areas.
