Mrs.T called MVW Roofing to receive a free estimate for roofing replacement, due to some storm damage that occurred previously. After a recent storm came through, her tenants found several shingles on the ground, and noticed there was a leak in the garage. They carefully inspected the roof's decking to check for rotting wood due to water exposure. They replaced all decking affected with new OSB decking. They then laid the new ice and water shield barrier to protect the decking. Once this was completed the new shingles were properly installed! The only thing left to do now was ensure that the yard was clean, and free of any debris.
