Mrs. Cathy lives in the small town of Baxley, GA. She had a green metal roof that was nearing the time of getting a replacement. Mrs. Cathy done some research online trying to find a qualified roofer to install a new metal roof for her. During her research, she stumbled upon MVW Roofing's website, where she was able to see all of the metal roofing replacements we have installed previously. This homeowner was very impressed with what she seen! She saw the office number listed online and decided to give us a call. Mrs. Cathy was greeted by a friendly voice on the phone, who scheduled an appointment for a sales representative to travel to her home and perform a free roofing estimate! She was informed of all of the steps the sales representative would be taking to complete this estimate for her. Our sales representative grabbed his ladder and climbed onto the roof to pull accurate measurements. He then carefully examined the surface to check for damage. After his through inspection was completed, he gave Mrs. Cathy an estimate to have her roof completely replaced with new metal. Mrs. Cathy agreed to have the work done, and we got her on the production schedule within no time! A couple of weeks later, our crew arrived at the homeowner's house and got to business! They started by removing the old and worn metal. After this was removed, the brand-new metal was installed! Our crew cleaned Mrs. Cathy's yard to ensure that it was spotless, with no evidence that they were ever there! Now, it was time for Mrs. Cathy to review the finished product. She was overjoyed when she seen her new roof! We are so thankful we were able to bring new life to this Baxley home! Thank you for choosing MVW Roofing for your new roof Mrs. Cathy!
Mr. Ouyang's home in Waycross, GA had a roof that had clearly seen better days. Shingles were missing in multiple areas, the decking showed signs of wear, and it was only a matter of time before water intrusion became a serious issue. MVW Roofing stepped in with a comprehensive roofing solution to restore both the protection and appearance of the home.
We began by removing the existing roofing system all the way down to the wood decking. Once exposed, we discovered significant damage beneath the surface. A total of 25 sheets of old decking were removed and replaced with brand-new OSB to create a solid foundation. Any rotted facia boards or compromised rafters were repaired as needed to restore structural integrity.
To ensure maximum protection we applied deck tape all along eaves, rakes, and seams in the decking. From there, we installed Velora One synthetic underlayment across the entire roof, followed by Sealoron XT Ice and Water shield in all valleys and around flashing areas- key zones vulnerable for leaks.
New aluminum drip edge was installed along all eaves and rakes, and vent pipe boots were replaced to ensure watertight seals around penetrations. We also reflashed the chimney as needed. With the surface fully prepped, we laid down architectural shingles using ring shank nails for maximum wind resistance and longevity. Finally, we installed a ridge vent along the peaks and finished everything off with matching ridge caps for a clean, professional finish.
What was once a weather-worn roof with structural concerns is now a strong, sleek, and fully protected system built the Klaus Roofing Way. Mr. Ouyang's home is ready for whatever the weather brings.
Mr. Wright's home in Waycross, GA was in need of serious roofing attention. The old shingles were aged, curling, and worn down-offering little protection form the elements. Visible sagging and surface deterioration hinted at a deeper structural issue below the surface.
Once the MVW Roofing team got started, we removed the existing shingles and discovered widespread damage to the decking. We replaced all rotten or compromised wood with new plywood, reinforced the structure, and sealed every seam with Sealoron XT Ice & Water shield for maximum protection in valleys and around flashings.
Next, we installed Velora synthetic felt and added aluminum drip metal to all eaves and rakes. With a solid, weather-ready foundation in place, we installed new architectural shingles and secured them with ring-shank nails for durability and wind resistance. Final touches included new vent pipe boots and ridge caps.
Mr. Wright's home now had a fresh, reliable roofing system built to last for decades.
