Mrs. Latonga was having some issues with the roof on her rental property. After a recent storm came through, her tenants found several shingles on the ground, and noticed there was a leak in the garage. Trying to find a solution quickly, Mrs. Latonga called MVW Roofing to set up an appointment to have a free estimate performed on the roof. The sales representative taking care of Mrs. Latonga was Zachary. He arrived at the rental property and measured the dimension of the roof completely by hand. He then, took photos of the current state of the roof, and inside the garage where the leak formed. Zachary also crawled into the attic to check for further damage. After performing his detailed inspection, he gave Mrs. Latonga her same day estimate and reviewed his findings with her. Once the homeowner agreed with the estimate, our crew was prepared to get started on replacing the roof! Our crew began stripping the old, worn shingles and underlayment. They carefully inspected the roof's decking to check for rotting wood due to water exposure. They replaced all decking affected with new OSB decking. They then laid the new ice and water shield barrier to protect the decking. Once this was completed the new shingles were properly installed! The only thing left to do now was ensure that the yard was clean, and free of any debris. Our team began by removing the outdated gutter system. We then installed 326 linear feet of 6" seamless gutters, in the color Almond, to carefully match the building's exterior for a clean, polished look.

To enhance water flow and prevent clogging, Raindrop Gutter Guards were added throughout the system. We strategically placed downspouts in key areas across the clubhouse to ensure efficient water runoff and long-term protection.

This upgraded system not only improves performance but enhances the building's curb appeal-keeping the resort facilities looking sharp and protected for members and guests alike.
